This just started happening to me! Were you able to fix it?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the routines and alarms in the app. Make sure the duration of the routine is set to an amount that will cover the duration of your sleep. Also check to make sure there is no random alarm set.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your hatch app to see if your setting says “until 1-touch”. That means until you hit the button on top of the machine. You can fix that by clicking that option and choosing a different duration.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You probably have a program saved that is set to start at that time. Go through your programs and make sure that anything you don’t want is turned off. If that’s not it, it seems like it’s an issue with the machine.
