Return your purchase and buy from somewhere else. We have been given 4 6 hour delivery install windows over the last 2 months and We have yet to receive our TV. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Unless you can haul your large appliances and TV on your truck, go somewhere that will actually respect your time and keep thier promise

Every time you call, it is someone else’s fault. Don’t waste your time here. Plenty of better options out there.

Best buy is a great store that has a terrible delivery and installation service. It has been that way for at least a few years. They won't fix it until it starts costing them sales.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dI’m not know about TVs but we are on our 4th try to get our washer and dryer installed. They said we live on the 4th floor. We don’t. They have come up with every excuse in the book to not deliver. Personally I believe Best Buy uses some crappy vendor for delivery and good luck trying to find out who it is. Good luck as they should be doing back ground checks on these drivers/delivery. They are not.

Luckily the 3rd party delivery company was kind enough to call me and let me know my stove was not on the truck. Best Buy does not contact you and I have received three different answers from three separate employees. I understand that products get delayed but its been a month since I ordered. Thank goodness this was just an upgrade and not a needed appliance. I was also never sent my credit card in the mail. If they cannot deliver this third time I will probably cancel, and get a stove elsewhere. I may order in store/ instock items but I will never order a product that requires installation. Which cuts out large appliance purchases for Best Buy from me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My suggestion is to claim a space online for earliest available delivery date. Then if they call or if you call them, maybe they can work with you. I'm dealing with a similar issue. Yesterday my washer was delivered and installed but when they tested it before they left they realized it was defective. They said to go online after 10pm last night to reschedule or wait until support called me some time today to do it.
