- Answer "Best Buy stipulates a policy that prohibits tipping of Best Buy employees and service providers as of 2022. This means customers are not allowed to tip Best By delivery drivers, installers, and Geek Squad workers. The policy also emphasizes that when a customer pays for a product and service, they have fully paid for the purchase."

- Answer Return your purchase and buy from somewhere else. We have been given 4 6 hour delivery install windows over the last 2 months and We have yet to receive our TV. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Unless you can haul your large appliances and TV on your truck, go somewhere that will actually respect your time and keep thier promise

- Answer My home got damaged during delivery. The worst company to deal with. it has been 5 month since I reported the claim. Ever time I call and email they ask me to report it again. I stop buying with them and canceled all my credit card that I had from best buy. God Luck with this creep company.

- Answer All free. If you look at brochure for Best Buy appliances, especially for washers and dryers which was right by the cash register in the washer dryer department, I found a sentence that said haul away of both items were free. I had already been told delivery was free so when my sales man said the haul away was $50 for each washer and dryer I pointed out to him what their own brochure said and all three were free !

QuestionI bought a refrigerator and it will be delivered in a week. Best Buy asks the customer for dimensions of the space wheere the refrigerator will be positioned. The new refrigerator will fit. My question is will it fit through a 32" door?

- Answer The delivery people typically figure out how to get the fridge in the house by removing the door and the handles. This frees up two to three extra inches. The also can angle the product.

QuestionWill they remove the door to a freezer to make it fit down a tight stairwell? The stairwell is 29.25" The freezer without the door on is 24" so there is enough space if the door is off of it.

- Answer I just had a fridge delivered and I specifically told the sales person that I needed the handle on the right side, he said it wouldn’t be a problem and to tell the delivery guys. Well they just told me they won’t do it and I have to schedule the Geek squad to come out and change it. The handles weren’t even on the door yet so I’m not sure why he couldn’t just put it on the other side and flip the door as we were told they’d do! Who wants to wait and schedule yet another person to come do this

- Answer My laundry room is on the 2nd floor too. They delivered to where you requested without extra charge with real care. I tipped them for the washer and dryer were extremely heavy.
