Best Buy have the worst delivery system and worst customer service I have ever experienced

Please try again later.After failing to get through their robot on the phone i used their chat option online and after being disconnected once and after almost 20 mins i was able to get an answer, although it tyrns out the answer was totally incorrect, i found out after 30 more mins on the phone after my delivery never showed

But online shows that I still need to schedule a delivery. Turns out, they didn't have a team to bring my appliances on the day that I chose and claimed that they contacted me.....I have no missed call and no voicemail. Each time I've contacted customer service I get the runaround and different answers each time. I looked to see if we could just cancel delivery and pick up locally since it includes a washer & dryer that we need, but now I can't even pick up from the stores until the 18th because the 17th is a holiday.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried to find a number to coordinate the delivery and couldn’t find one. However, I trusted they would call me with at least a 30 minute lead time. When I got the call, they were already at my gate. They said they couldn’t call me because they were in the hills and didn’t have reception. My house is nowhere near the hills. Then they wouldn’t let my 16 year-old son Let them in to do it and said they would call me back to reschedule. Still haven’t received a call back. My office is 30 minutes away and they said they couldn’t wait more than 15 minutes. The phone dispatcher claimed they called me as they always do which was a lie. I Had to wait four days for the initial delivery.
