Don't count on Best Buy promising to deliver at a specific time. They seem to have a serious problem managing home deliveries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They don’t follow the schedule they say between 7:00 am to 7:00pm. I took day off from work, since I really needed the item. Then they called saying 3:00pm 7:00pm, they did not come. They rescheduled. Terrible.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Delivery scheduled for 3 pm-7 pm. Changed to 1:40 pm , no more stops next delivery. Waited another 2 hours. Delivery arrived 3:40 pm . So sometimes just be a little patient and it’ll show up sooner than later. Just bad delivery service forsure. Hopefully Best Buy can improve this .

So, that’s pretty much saying “anytime during the working hours’. or just that day or no window. Another like store does the same thing only it’s 8am to 8pm. I’m waiting right now for a checkup on an appliance delivered a few days ago. Best Buy told me last evening that they would send me an email or phone call telling me the 4 hour window. After waiting the morning receiving nothing, I called back. The person told me I had to leave the whole day clear for them. It’s after 5 pm…no show, so far. I’ve had to stay home and wait all day for appliances and now for a checkup visit (2 from B. Buy) 3 days this week. I can’t even take a nap or check the mail or take out the trash (live in condo) or talk on phone (landline) for fear of missing a possible call. Now, it looks like they won’t even come. I only have so long to return the appliance if they can’t fix the problem. If they don’t come soon, I may just return the appliance and find another more reliable brand that doesn’t need fixing.

I have waited over a month, and they continue to lie to me and never show up on the scheduled days. If it weren't for the fact that I am having it installed, I would have just purchased it from Walmart a month ago. Never again will I be fooled by Best Buy!

I was just given today as the day, and the only status I could locate said a "shopper" was assigned my order......7 hours ago. I only ordered 1 small item. No idea where my order is nor when or if it is arriving. Not nice for a person with mobility issues and relying on their service. Never again. I'll use PC Richards, they're nicer anyway.
