I just did this. Had a 75 inch delivered and hated the TV even though I had looked at it in the store. I went to the store with the receipt, exchanged the TV for a different one and they sent techs about a week later to pick up the old tv and deliver the new one. No issues.

They did install the new one in the same trip. I do have total tech support so I didn’t have to pay extra. Not sure otherwise how much it costs

The answer is yes, if Best Buy agrees to accept the return in exchange for a different tv they will ship the new tv and take the one you are returning the same day. Bear in mind the majority of panels will have some signs of dirty screen effect in some degree.
