You can easily type in “Best Buy” in any Internet search engine and with your location on find the one nearest you. If you’re still experiencing issues; contact Best Buy’s corporate office number or email and explain your situation. In my personal experience, they’re incredibly prompt in solving issues.

If it’s under warranty as opposed to buying it as is with no returns your out of luck. If it’s new Best Buy should offer you a return and replacement. What does your receipt say? What are the terms and conditions you have with the purchase of your TV? I’d call Best Buy or the Geek Squad or chat online with a representative about your defective TV. GOOD LUCK!
