How about call or visit the store? If you made online call the Best Buy customer service number.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is way too easy to instal your washer and dryer, especially if it’s a replacement. You can also reuse the parts connected from your old washer dryer which should have a direct fit to your new washer and dryer. I wouldn’t recommend paying install unless your not physically able to attempt and install, in which YouTube can very easily show you.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to go into the store and see a manager to get my order changed even though I ordered on-line. My issue was cancelling the existing dryer removal. The manager was helpful and the process was fast.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return the item and go to Lowes or Home Depot. My item was delivered with the wrong parts and it's been a nightmare ever since. Customer service is clueless. Do yourself a favor and back out now before you even attempt to have it delivered.
