My laundry room is on the 2nd floor too. They delivered to where you requested without extra charge with real care. I tipped them for the washer and dryer were extremely heavy.

Please try again later.They should be able to, up to 2 flights of stairs as stated on their Home Delivery service, but I recommend adding a note that’s it on the 2nd floor. I spoke to a BestBuy representative and they confirmed that their delivery team is able to deliver up to 2 flights of stairs. I point this out because, although stated, the delivery team refused to deliver up the stairs to my laundry room. They said I had to add the haul away service. Not a problem if I knew before hand, but I don’t have anything to haul away so it didn’t make sense for me to add it. Also up stairs delivery is part of home delivery.

Please try again later.If you ordered online or even at the store they have no choice but to deliver it to your front door or bring it in if you’re there they can’t just tell you to come downstairs and come get it they are not supposed to do that. I just purchased a 65 inch TV they have to bring it to your door because they don’t want no one to steal it if you’re not there when they drop it off they will take it to the store for you to pick it up
