I’d recommend contacting your local Best Buy store and explaining the situation. There team members go above and beyond to assist you. They may have the TV you purchased in stock and depending on the damage may be able to exchange your defective/damaged TV so you’d be able to have it the same day. If not, you can request they deliver it to the store and you can pick it up to make sure it wasn’t damaged during shipping. If none of this proves satisfactory; please contact Best Buy’s corporate office by phone or email. Best Buy is a reputable company and they are excellent with assisting any issues that arise.

If that time has passed you will need to contact the manufacturer with a warrenty claim number. It can take a while but they will take care of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I waited 5 days to get a tv delivered for Best Buy with a third party. They did not speak English, and the TV screen was scratched. I waited 10 mins to find out what to do. I will be returning my receipt to refund the tv since it is impossible to understand delivery people or take a chance on picking it up myself. This was my first disappointment from Best Buy. I guess new tvs are only good if you visit them in the store.
