My home got damaged during delivery. The worst company to deal with. it has been 5 month since I reported the claim. Ever time I call and email they ask me to report it again. I stop buying with them and canceled all my credit card that I had from best buy. God Luck with this creep company.

Please try again later.My home was damaged also and I saw it after the delivery guys left and I have been contacting Best Buy since and all I’ve been getting is run arounds from this company, I am not a first time buyer but this was my first big order that needed installation, never again. I rather pay twice the amount than to ever purchase from them, the delivery guy was on his phone the whole time during the delivery I could not get to ask one question

Purchased dishwasher in 2019 with extended warranty. Their repeated failures to repair my appliance have not only left me without a functioning dishwasher but have also caused significant damage to my property. Over the course of no less than a dozen visits, Best Buy technicians have repeatedly failed to fix my appliance. During these visits, they caused considerable damage to my countertops and cabinets, including visible scratches, chips, and dents. This damage resulted from the careless handling of the unit by the installation/repair crew, who repeatedly pulled the appliance in and out of its space without proper precautions. Best Buy had been giving me the runaround - trying to dismiss this damage as "routine wear and tear," which is both inaccurate and insulting. The damage is not due to my use of the appliance but rather the negligence of the installation team. The idea that this constitutes wear and tear is beyond ridiculous! As a customer, I trusted Best Buy to deliver competent service and respect my property, both of which have been grossly neglected. After nearly three years without an operable dishwasher, Best Buy finally agreed to a junk-out and replacement in December - but all the personal property damage has been done! They need to compensate me for the damage caused to my countertops and cabinets, either by covering the cost of repairs or replacing the damaged items. Despite my numerous calls wuth promises of failed callbacks and complaints, Best Buy has not taken any appropriate action. I am about to turn to business regulatory agencies hold Best Buy accountable for their negligence. I believe that public awareness may prompt Best Buy to address this matter promptly and prevent similar incidents for other customers. Dispicable!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had damage by an installer when we bought a new washer. The man broke the water line. He just stood there looking at his cell phone while the water sprayed on the cabinets, ceiling, floor, and water running down in the central air vents. My husband ran outside to cut the main water line, The water gushed out for one and a half minutes, We paid for a plumber to repair the water line to stop the gush. We were told to place a claim through Sedgwick. We never have had a conversation with anyone from that company, one email was sent. When we wrote back to that email, no response. We've contacted BBB, state's consumer department, Best Buy, with no help. We have now heard the claim was closed by talking to Best Buy. The damage took place on July 2023.
