They're supposed to deliver it to your apartment where you specify. They're unprofessional.

Please try again later.It’s a shame that happened to you, however I live on the 2nd floor before I purchased my TV I specific that, they must deliver to my door on the 2nd floor ! I knew it wouldn’t be a problem because I purchased a small upright freezer they delivered to my door! I’m seasoned lady I’m physically unable to maneuver, large appliances, or televisions, and I specifically let them know that and they handled it!!!

The two delivery people were strong enough to handle everything. Maybe we had success because were very specific in our delivery instructions about the second floor.
