A:AnswerI chose the same delivery window, and they arrived at 9:15 for me. Of course YMMV but they WILL send a text before they arrive so you can actually push it back if needed (on the day of). My advice.. don’t worry about it!

A:AnswerIf you did not pay for set up the delivery person will only bring it into your home. To take your TV to a Pacific Rim especially if it’s upstairs it’s kinda like a set up charge.
A:AnswerNo. they are supposed to call you when they are heading your way. You can call the support line and they may be able to reach the delivery person or dispatch. You just have to be prepared to wait for them
