- Answer Hello, thank you for your inquiry. To deactivate the Continuous Mode, press the plus button on the Display Screen until humidity percentages appear. The indicator light will turn off and the unit will be out of continuous mode.

QuestionDoes the bucket have a handle? How quiet is the unit? Does it put out more heat than comparable models?

- Answer Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The water tank does have a built-in handle. The noise level for this unit is: Min dBA: 49.5 dBA. It is normal for a dehumidifier to produce heat; you can expect the heat to output about 5-10 degrees higher in the room the unit is in.

QuestionThe dehumidifier does not start when plugged into the outlet. The display comes on and all function buttons appear to react when pressed, but the unit just sits still.
