Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The water tank does have a built-in handle. The noise level for this unit is: Min dBA: 49.5 dBA. It is normal for a dehumidifier to produce heat; you can expect the heat to output about 5-10 degrees higher in the room the unit is in.
