Hello Jangley! When the Wi-Fi connectivity is lost on the Honeywell 7-Day Programmable Thermostat, the simplest way to re-establish a connection is to remove the thermostat faceplate from the wall for 30 seconds. Once the thermostat faceplate is re-attached, the thermostat should automatically restore the connection. If this does not resolve the issue, you can perform a Wi-Fi reset.
