- Answer Yes, you can configure the unit to automatically switch based on the indoor temperature ("Auto changeover" feature, under "Advanced Preferences"). The delta between the heat and cool settings must be at least 3 degrees, and the thermostat will automatically adjust the setting to maintain this delta setting.

- Answer It works with my steam system, my system was high voltage, so I had to have it wired for low voltage so it would work.

QuestionDoes this work with multiple heat sourcesI have a pellet stove that runs a separate thermostat and then I have my furnace for secondary heat. Is this thermostat capable of running both systems and have a setting that if the pellet stove were to run out of pellets and the inside temperature was to drop below say 64 degrees then the gas furnace would kick on as a backup.

- Answer I have a heat pump with Emergency Gas Back up and it works fine for that. You do have to switch to emergency heat manually on my system

QuestionDoes a Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat require a C wire ? I have added a photo of my existing thermostat to determine if I will need a C wire in order to install Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat. I know that there’s no C wire in the existing thermostat.

- Answer You'd need 2 thermostats, but yes. I currently have the Honeywell on my downstairs zone and a different thermostat upstairs. I'll probably get another one soon.

- Answer Hi Nana, Thank you for your question. Our thermostats take into account radiant and ambient temperature from walls, furniture, and body heat.
