Questionthe batteries can be removed? or are they already installed inside and cannot be removed? I want to send it by parcel and they tell me that if the batteries are already installed inside, I can send it.

QuestionCan u use hoverboard without downloading app??? And can u put in beginning mode without app?? I'm not sure that my 8 yr old nephew will know how to download it..

- Answer You can use it without the app. I downloaded the app for my son who is 9yrs and the hover board was already in beginner. The only other thing I can see the app is used for is the change the colors.

- Answer My daughter got it for her 6th birthday. And she rides it just fine. It has 3 different experience level modes, beginner-intermediate-expert with each mode limiting it’s top speed respectively. We just leave it on the beginner mode which works out well for her use case. It uses a smartphone app to control the modes as well as other parameters, information, lighting effects and music. It’s fantastic and she loves it. Would definitely buy again.

- Answer You have to teach your kids that the amount of pressure you put on the toes for going forward and heels for going backwards determines the speed. It’s quite easy.

QuestionHow is this hover board on paved hills? I'd love to ride this to go to the convenience store near me, but there is a 45 degree hill I'd need to go up for about 2 city blocks. If it can, does this decrease the battery or distance you can travel? Thanks!

- Answer Maximum incline for this model is 10 degrees. It won't climb 45 degrees. It will shut down to protect the motor and battery.
