Is Jp better then Acer null

HP and Acer are neck to neck in my opinion. Keep in mind that HP has a reputation for making poor quality devices, noticeably the hinges (HP - HingeProblem). If I were you I would go for an Acer laptop running Windows.

I assume that when you wrote "Jp", you actually were meaning "HP". And it's really not possible to compare two companies-you'd need to compare similar laptops from the two companies. With that said, I do believe that this HP Chromebook would be somewhat better than a similar model from Acer.
