QuestionHi, I'm new to purchasing a computer. This particular one which states all included. Does that mean I don't need a separate modem? I'm referring to the piece that usually sits on the floor or off to the side of the screen.can you still play a CD ?

- Answer Hi Barbie, thank you for the question. You'll need a modem (or a router, if you want to connect wirelessly) that will be supplied by your internet provider. The HP 24-df1224 All-in-One desktop computer does not include a CD drive, however, you can connect an external CD drive using the USB ports.

QuestionAre files and programs from a windows 10 transferable to Windows 11, and How do you do this? Cable, flash drive, or other. I see a panel on the side, is that a DVD or a place to add? Thank you

- Answer Thank you for the question. The simplest way to transfer files is via a flash drive, or by using the cloud. The 24-df1224 All-in-One does not have a DVD drive, however, you can connect an external drive if you wish.

QuestionDoes it have a camera??

- Answer Yes, it does. The computer has a "pop up" webcam. To deploy it, you press down on the top of the camera housing (which is in the back at the top center), and release and the camera will pop into position. When you're done, you can stow it by pushing on the top of the housing until it clicks into the hidden position.

- Answer Yes, an all-in-one has the computer and screen built into a single unit. I think it would be a good choice for what you're doing unless you're going to be adding a lot of really complex video effects. Those tend to be very processor intensive

- Answer The wireless keyboard and mouse comes with batteries to insert. And I believe you can use your own wired devices but from what I seen its about 4 usb connections and a HDMI one.Currently I am using my own wireless gaming keyboard that I bought from Amazon. I hope this helps!
