• This HP Monitor is a true 27" diagonal and the other dimensions are width x height 23.5 in x 13.2 in

• The actual viewing size of the screen is 13" high by 231/2" wide. Quite a nice fit for an average desk with very small frame area. I replaced an older 25" monitor and this 27" actually takes up less space on my desk. Just shy of a full 27"

• Sandy, Yes the dimensions are true size dimensions. I've been very happy with this monitor and now own two of them.
