this will do up to 8.5x14 inch paper. To do 11x17, you'd need the OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-officejet-pro-7740-wireless-all-in-one-inkjet-printer-white/5536900.p?skuId=5536900 There are laser printers that can handle 11x17 paper, they're considered specialty items and are quite expensive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. 8.5x14 (ish) is the largest media it accepts, and it'll only scan 8.5x11, not legal size. It works great for these sizes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The paper tray will not support legal size, only up to A4 used in Europe, which is just slightly longer than 8x11. You can feed 8x14 legal paper, envelopes, most any size paper really into the manual feed paper slot, 'tray 1'. But there is no tray to speak of, you need to feed a sheet into the paper into the slot. The printer will grab it and suck in 11" of it till it where it will hold it till it next prints. You can only feed in one sheet at a time though. If you use legal size often, I'd look for a printer with a tray that support legal size.
