“Is this printer capable of printing on 11x17 paper? I could not find this information. I do see that it has a manual feed tray but it is unclear if this will accept 11x17 as well.”

• Thank you for the question. No, printing sizes in excess of 8.5 x 14" (legal) require a large format printer. As an example (all-in-one printers), see the OfficeJet Pro 7740, or the LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725dn.
