• Make sure you're using the actual, specific software for this particular printer (the icon on your desktop should say "HP OfficeJet Pro 6960" (yes, the 6960 is correct even though we're talking about the 6968 printer). You can find this software on HP's website if you look up Software/Downloads and search by HP OfficeJet Pro 6968. For some reason, the software that initially loaded onto my computer when I hooked up the printer was some generic HP printer/scanner software, which didn't have nearly as many options as the full software mentioned above.
