QuestionIs the graphics card upgradeable in the future? also, I saw some reviews saying that if u switch ram it gets capped wanted to know what that was about also thanks!!

- Answer Im running DDR5 5600 4 sticks of 16gb Kingston RGB. Omen gaming hub lets you overclock it with the press of a button. Graphics card is upgradeable, but youll have to watch power supply requirements depending on what you are putting into it.

- Answer It has to be ddr5 and the same 2 sticks, you can’t mix and match.

- Answer Yes, but HP is propietary and expensive. This doesnt have the weird 7 pin connector HP is famous for, so you can upgrade it. Just check compatability with an online PC builder and the motherboard.

- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. This Desktop has a total of 3 M.2 slots. One is an M.2 socket 1, key A, type 2230 for WLAN use, and the other 2 are M.2 socket 3, key M, type 2280 for SSDs (PCIe Gen 4.0 x4). One of those M.2 socket 3's is currently in use with the existing 512GB SSD, and the other is available to be upgraded. While it is possible to upgrade the storage on this Desktop yourself, we recommend that upgrades be performed by the IT professionals at Best Buy's Geek Squad to avoid installation complications.

- Answer Yes, you can. The computer can use that RAM. Make sure if you're replacing it yourself that the computer is off and disconnected from the power when you replace the memory.

QuestionI have an old 27" IMac that will no longer run my game smoothly! Will i be able to use my bluetooth apple keyboard and mouse with this? Will this to be able to play WGT golf smoothly and at full resolution? Maybe overkill?

- Answer Its possible for the bluetooth, but this package comes with a keyboadd and mouse. Also I dont know the game you're asking about, but if that mac ran it then this pc will do great.

- Answer unless gaming in 1440p or 4k there is no need to upgrade anything but the ram. it comes with 8 gigs i recomend 16gigs or higher but remember you cant mix and match the ram

- Answer Thank you for your question on upgradability. The socket in the board for this does not support the 15-11400, which is actually a processor downgrade as it is an 11th-generation Intel Core processor. You can upgrade this to any of the Intel processors that has an FCLGA1700 socket. The full selection of the 13th-generation Intel Core processors use this socket, including the i5 and i7.

QuestionAnother person asked about adding an HDD.( I have my eyes on a 16tb one) the answer was that there wasn't space for one. The specs show a 3.5 inch bay available so I’m wondering if maybe the motherboard wont support one or if the person was wrong.

- Answer I just checked the service manual for this and you can add a hard drive to this. This does have the SATA connectors on the board and the chassis has a bay to accommodate a 3.5" hard drive, which is normal for desktop computers.

- Answer It will take a maximum of 128 gigabytes. It's not recommended to have two 8 gigabyte modules and two 32 gigabyte modules. The 32 gigabyte modules will only run in dual-channel mode up to 8 gigabytes. and then they will run in single channel mode, which is a lot slower. If you have just two 32 gigabyte modules, they will run in dual channel mode for their entire 64 gigabytes.

- Answer You can check the requirements for the software you would like to use by looking up the system requirements for it from the publisher's website. You will want to make sure that the device you want to use it on meets the minimum requirements. Updates and modifications can impact what settings you can run the software on or if you can use the software at all. This model does meet the minimum (but not the recommended) requirements for playing GTA V and Fivem independently.

QuestionI got a 32gb kit team group 5600mhz 288 pins and it's not working. I tried to boot it with a single ram from team group in each different slot and still didn't work. It only worked with the original ram

- Answer Ram will need to have xme profile on in bios or it will only run 5200, stock at 4400. You can OC in Omen gaming hub. HP is very propietary so check crucial memory compatability tool, or plug the Kingston part number from the OEM module into Kingstons website to get exact part numbers. This PC wont run pver 5600.
