No, you cannot. The motherboard only supports DDR5 and using DDR4 could damage both the motherboard and RAM. If you want cheaper RAM, you could get a 2x8GB kit from Crucial, but know that running only three sticks of RAM causes it to run more than half as slow than advertised. For best results, buy two kits of the same brand, but it will cost a little bit extra. To be more specific, look for DDR5-5200 RAM.
