This model uses a Kingston FURY 8 GB DDR5-5200 XMP memory module. DDR4 memory will not work in this model, only DDR5.

Please try again later.That pc is just a peice of trash i tried to upgrade well guess what i ended up with all new parts and just built a whole new pc it is the motherboard i jad same issue im out $600 and just paid over $2000 to have one built i will never buy another omen
