“How can I print a picture from the top tray? I put the HP picture paper in the top tray made for it and it will not print from there. I make sure I line the paper up.”

• Put the photo paper in upside down. Make sure the paper tray is CLOSED before printing. Make sure the print settings are the correct size.

• You will need to go into the printer settings and under the paper/quality tab, select "photo tray" under the paper source.
