• A:Answer The printer was probably purchased and returned for whatever reason the buyer says. The main problem from reading the reviews was it jams alot. I found out if you seat the paper holder wrong it will jam every time. Your only risk if it works as it suppose too. Refurbished products are inspected and tested by the manufacturer and are tagged as refurbished that should work like new. Refurbished products usually come with a warranty. Used products that are not refurbished. You are buying as is.

Q: Questionmy previous quesion was not ansered. I ask did it have two sided auto duplex COPY on both sides which is not the same as two sided printing. Your answer was that it has two sided printing and fax function, but did not say whether it had two sided copy

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for your question. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e does not have a duplex mechanism or a second scan bar built into the Auto Document feeder. This printer will not have the double-sided scan and copy, you would have to flip it manually.
