The printer was probably purchased and returned for whatever reason the buyer says. The main problem from reading the reviews was it jams alot. I found out if you seat the paper holder wrong it will jam every time. Your only risk if it works as it suppose too. Refurbished products are inspected and tested by the manufacturer and are tagged as refurbished that should work like new. Refurbished products usually come with a warranty. Used products that are not refurbished. You are buying as is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Typically when an entire series is refurbished it’s a systemic issue that led to the product line improvement or fix. I have it. Works just fine. Has an HP warranty. Looks nice. Hard to ignore such a huge sale discount.
