Hello and thank you for asking. HP does not make any dye sublimation ink for their consumer printers, including the Smart Tank 5000. No HP printer sold at retail is recommended for use with sublimation ink and paper. To "print" on cylindrical objects like mugs and tumblers, consider using Waterslide paper. Print, seal with clear acrylic, and transfer with water (post transfer, more coats of clear acrylic aren’t a bad idea) and you get near-identical results. Also consider setting the printer's Print Quality to Best. If you need assistance with that, contact HP Support.
