I am having the same problem when the printer has been idle for a while. Turning the printer off and back on seems to reconnect it. The real problem with this product is the complete lack of directions except the installation directions. The on-line help is of no use: it goes around in circles and never resolves the issue. There is no phone number provided. I doubt that I will ever purchase another HP product due to this total lack of support for this printer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My suggestion is to remove any HP printer programs--sometimes they run in the background and disrupt installation. Since you're running Windows (I'm Mac) I found it easiest to follow the instructions on the HP page. Something wasn't installing so I did remove and reinstall following the on-line instructions. The Supertank printers are wonderfully easy after set-up.
