• Hi Aqua, thank you for the question. Yes. 13.5" is rounded up, hence the 14- in the product number. This Spectre is presented with Windows 10 and can be upgraded to Windows 11 for free when you set it up.

• I bought mine a month ago and it still has Windows 10; but i saw an Alert to upgrade to Windows 11, hope its free to upgrade...
