A:Answer As a tech nerd and a former gamer, I got a gaming laptop in 2020 which was released in 2018. Even thought I don’t play games much anymore, today in 2023 I use it for college and I have no issues or complains. The thing with gaming laptops is that they are build for high performance, which means they have high quality parts, which ultimately means that the computer is able to breeze through normal tasks. The one issue is the battery life, some gaming laptops tend to die pretty quick but if you can adjust your setting and don’t have a problem carrying your charger, then it is a no brainer.
