I have the same issue. Once unboxing it , it’s solid green but won’t turn on when it’s unplugged. I’ve contacted support and they aren’t responding

It will cycle through three speeds and then zero speed, but still be turned on. So press the button quickly, to change speeds,. Press the button for two seconds or more to turn it on or off.
