However, if you frequently squirt lubricant into the slot it like I do with my mass shredding, it can run fine for 10-15 minutes or more! However, there are no ventilation holes facing outside the unit, and the metal machinery does get very hot. When you are finished, pull off the top unit and rest it on its side to let it cool down for 10 minutes.
