QuestionIs the trash can suppose to have openings in the bottom of the can? I just received mine, and was surprised that it didn’t have a solid bottom. Seems like if I get a leak in the trash bag, I will have a mess in the kitchen.

- Answer Completely non touch operation. Only time you would need to touch is if you wanted to keep lid open for an extended amount of time & of course when you changing out the bag.
