Same here. BestBuy refuses to fix it unless you have your original receipt.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The machine has lost its Freon, not sure if it's serviceable on this model, you will need to call a local appliance repair tech to verify. I would say call the manufacturer but they are trained to tell you that you need to send it in.
