Mine do the same thing. It's not the sleep timer. Or the screen saver. There is no setting to turn the sleep timer OFF. Even when set to 240 minutes it shuts off in 5.

This function is designed to help conserve energy and is part of the ENERGY STAR certification requirements. Essentially, if your TV is not in use or is paused for a certain period, it will automatically turn off to save power. Unfortunately, this feature cannot be disabled, as it ensures that the TV meets necessary energy efficiency standards. While it may be inconvenient at times, this functionality ultimately helps reduce energy consumption, benefiting both the environment and your electricity bill.

One possible reason why your Smart Fire TV keeps turning off is, there is a possibility that the sleep timer is turned on. To turn it off, press and hold the Home button until the Quick Settings menu opens. Select Sleep Timer, then change the setting to Off. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach us out.
