A:AnswerJust wrote a review on same issue. Short answer is that you can't. If you have true latest version Fire TV there is the option to "set up equipment" in settings. Amazon told me to buy a Fire TV Stick or cube. No kidding. Apparently there might be a way if your stuff is bluetooth.
A:AnswerI did have this issue. I checked my computer to see if it was a WiFi issue or a connection issue with the tv. It ended up being the WiFi Connection wasn’t working for my tv or computer so I called my carrier and they rebooted it for me.
A:AnswerI have two 43" Fire TV Editions. One is Insignia, the other is Toshiba both purchased from Best Buy. If you subscribe to Season Ticket do not buy the Insignia brand. The tv's look and function identical except for whatever reason the Insignia TV does not have the NFL Season Ticket app where the Toshiba does. My guess would be that Insignia is a Best Buy brand and they intentionally "cripple" it for some stupid reason.

Receiving horrible contrasting colors, and refresh rates are causing video lag.
it's not a TV with Fire...its a FIRe TV really...
