Please try again later.They don't give enough characters to describe the situation...additional info: I have turning it off/on, unplug/replug, software is up to date, tried new antenna, tried all the different sound and output options in the settings. I've found forums with others describing the exact same issue but no one has posted a fix beyond saying it is probably a software bug. Those posts were from last year so it is not like this happened from a new update and a patch will be coming. I will be returning this and getting a different brand unless someone has an actual fix. This is disappointing because I have another model Insignia Fire tv and it has been great.
