QuestionI got this a while ago and it worked perfectly fine until a few months after. when it’s plugged into the wall with its charger, the LED are not turning on. same with when i plug it into my devices. they are still getting charged but the LEDs won’t show it

QuestionMy NS-MB8002 (charger) hasn't been charged up or used in over 2 months. I just noticed that this unit has separated at the seems, it literally swole and popped open while not in use. Never dropped and looked good 2 months ago. 3days ago it just popped

- Answer You will be able to use the Lightning Cable that your iPhone came with to charge your device from the battery pack. Realistically, you should be able to fully recharge your phone (1,821 mAh) from dead about 3 - 4 times. I get 2 full charges with an iPhone 11 Pro Max (3969 mAh).
