You have to put the little dongle in the headset charging port. It’s magnetic, and then that connects to the little arm in the charging station for the headset. It’s magnetic too, and pops out and connects to the dongle by itself.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it came with a USBC cord to plug into the helmet part it should be on the side of the helmet opposite the power button. The 2 handle chargers come with batteries which run out great so I would buy extras or you can purchase the charging stand like we did and it comes with rechargeable ones which will charge up on its own along with the helmet. Way more cost affective with this thing. Good luck
