Q: QuestionOnce you have your joy con connected, does the product charge to an outlet with the provided ac adapter ? Are there any attached (or stuck) cables to the charging station like the PowerA station has ?

• A:Answer It has 4 slots for joy cons and a usb slot for pro controller. It charges with the provided ac adapter. You don’t need any other cables unless you plug usb in for pro controller.

Q: QuestionNo LEDs light up on mine. Is it defective? I have no idea if it’s actually charging the joy cons or not. How does one know if it’s working?

• A:Answer The LEDs turn green when the controllers are charged. If they aren't lighting up you either don't have power at that outlet, the cord isn't fully plugged in, the chargers aren't fully seated, or your charger is defective. Check the controllers first, make sure they have 'clicked' when you pushed them down. If the LED turns red then they are fully seated on the charger.

• A:Answer All controllers have the same sliding feature. It doesn't matter if its left/right. They are interchangeable. If you want to charge 4 rights or 4 lefts you can :)

Q: QuestionWould it hurt to leave joycons that don’t charge on here? I have a few that don’t have batteries in them, but would like to keep them here to keep up with them. Like the Hori brand aftermarket ones.

Q: QuestionJust got my daughter the Insignia Joy-Con charging station with 4 controllers. The controllers are all dead and when I plug them into the docking station all 4 lights turn TO GREEN. But when I take them off they will not turn on. Please help

• A:Answer Seems to be not working properly. Mine turns red when Joy-Cons are put on, then will turn green once they are charged. My suggestion, either issue with charging station or Joy-Cons, because definitely should light up red when charging.

Q: QuestionAre there any requirements or limitations on the USB charging port? I've tried 2 different NS-GNSJCCS18 stations, and neither will charge my pro controller from the USB port. My USB cable charges my controller just fine when plugged into a wall adapter.

• A:Answer It comes w a cord the plugs into the wall but that could be swapped out with a standard switch or new Samsung phone cord w a usb on the other end to plug in and change to a laptop.
