• A:Answer Yes - but … If you are planning to clone an existing drive, the recommended/supplied Crucial software will not recognize it. It looks for a Crucial drive to activate, and fails because it can’t see the drive in the USB enclosure. Other software (like Macrium Reflect) had no problem.

Q: QuestionThe fastener is almost impossible to reset. Following the instructions (downloaded so that I could see up close) and using tweezers, I was able to open and close it. Then I when I put in another SSD card, I couldn't get it to sit into the hole &fasten.
