• no this is going in the opposite direction. it converts mdp to hdmi

• No, I do not believe this device will work. Your Thunderbolt display should work with a thunderbolt to thunderbolt cable, if the monitor does not already come with one.

• No, the Apple TV likely does not have a mini DisplayPort that you can connect to.
