- Answer After you install & launch TurboTax 2020 to begin your tax return, it will automatically transfer over all data from last year's return that will apply to this year's, such as name, address, SSN, dependents, any loss carryovers, etc. You will see the information as you go through the return preparation & as it asks you questions. You will also be able to update any information that may have changed during the year such as your address.

- Answer If you buy a disk you can install it from the disk or download it thru your Turbo Tax Intuit account. You must have a free intuit account to do so.

Questionused turbo tax several years. this year when i go on and off while inputing , turbo tax always goes back to " BEGIN " , how do I save data, and when I return I can Start where I left off ?

- Answer You should be able to re-open it from File at the top left of the page and also save. I can also click under File, the Open recent or something similar depends on the operating system you are using.It always starts back at the beginning.

- Answer Digital means a digital download, so no physical copy of the software just a download link and key code. Physical copy means an actual cd disc with key code included in box...

- Answer Can down load it from the CD. Updates will be done after it downloads. I do not know about downloading from the internet. I always buy the CD.

- Answer Instructions should be on paper opposite disc. Mine says CD or Download. Under download: 1. Go to InstallTurboTax.com 2. Sign in or create an account 3. Enter your license code to start your download 4. Continue to follow the prompts to install and activate your software The license code is the 16 digit code just below (highlighted in yellow on mine)
