My roomba continuously goes over the edge of the stairs and gets stuck. Roomba doesn’t have any support call centre open right now either.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All Roombas are equipped with cliff sensors on the underside which detect if it's near a ledge, stair or any other drop off. Roomba will back safely away, every time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t have any stairs in my home, but it will alert my phone when it gets “stuck” near a ledge... usually meaning it got lodged under a cabinet. So I would assume if any of the sensors or wheels come to close to a ledge it automatically stops.
