A:Answer I've only had mine a short while, so I don't claim to be an expert.
What happened to your Home Base? Don't you have it connected to a wall socket, and have it on and fully operational? That's where the robot wants to go for recharging.
Have you tried pressing the Cleaning button and then pressing the Dock button to tell the robot that it should return to the Home Base? The Dock button should flash and it "might" automatically return to the Home Base, where it immediately starts to recharge. If it doesn't return to the Home Base, pick it up and carry it over to the base and try to position it over the charging elements until the battery light indicator on top of the robot flashes, indicating it is charging.
