(phone, tablet) and connect via Bluetooth for us to check if the sound of the soundbar would still be the same. 2. Try watching or playing music from different sources ex. (Netflix, YouTube, cable box). 3. Try using a different HDMI cable. 4. Try connecting the soundbar to a different TV to check the audio. 5. Please make sure that the audio settings of your TV is set to PCM or Bitstream is selected. Do not set it to Auto as this could affect the audio processing of the TV to the soundbar. Either way, both PCM and Bitstream are compatible with our soundbar. You can also rest the soundbar: In any source mode, press and hold volume -, volume+ and SOURCE button on soundbar top panel until text display shows reset. When the factory settings restore is complete, the product automatically switches off and restarts.
